Not everyone can make it to our campuses in Kuala Lumpur or Subang Jaya, and that should never be a barrier to learning a new language. ICLS Online Learning brings our entire range of language programmes to your home, office, or wherever you happen to be — with the same qualified instructors, the same proven curriculum, and the same commitment to results that have defined our school for over three decades.

Our online classes are not recordings or self-study modules. Every session is a live, interactive class conducted in real time by an ICLS instructor. You will see your teacher, they will see you, and you will interact with your classmates just as you would in a physical classroom. Questions are answered on the spot, pronunciation is corrected in the moment, and group activities keep the energy high and the learning active. The only difference is that you join from your own screen.

All languages taught at ICLS are available online: Japanese, English, Korean, Mandarin, German, French, Spanish, and Italian. The online curriculum mirrors our on-campus programmes level for level, so students can switch between online and in-person attendance if their circumstances change, without losing progress or repeating material. This flexibility has made online learning a popular choice for working professionals, parents, and students living outside the Klang Valley.

We use a professional video conferencing platform that supports screen sharing, digital whiteboards, breakout rooms for pair and group work, and in-session chat for quick questions. Our instructors are trained in online teaching techniques and know how to keep a virtual classroom engaging, participatory, and productive. Class materials are provided digitally before each session, and recordings of lessons are available for a limited period so you can review what was covered if you need a refresher.

Scheduling is designed with flexibility in mind. In addition to our regular group class timetable, we offer private online lessons that can be arranged at times that suit your personal schedule, including early mornings, lunch hours, and late evenings. Private lessons are ideal for learners who want to progress at their own pace, focus on specific skills such as business communication or exam preparation, or simply prefer one-on-one attention.

Assessment and certification for online students follow the same standards as our campus-based programmes. You will take the same placement tests, mid-term reviews, and end-of-level assessments, and you will receive the same ICLS certificate of completion. Employers and institutions recognise our certificates regardless of whether the course was completed online or in person.
