Our Beginnings
Docubays Language Academy was founded in 1998 with a straightforward mission: make quality language education accessible to everyone in Malaysia. What started as a small Japanese language class in a rented office has grown into one of Kuala Lumpur's most respected multilingual education centres.
Today, we operate from our purpose-built facility in Sri Hartamas, offering programmes in six languages to over 800 active students. Our curriculum has been refined through years of classroom experience and feedback, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of modern learners.
We are registered with the Malaysian Ministry of Education (Reg. No: WP12045) and maintain partnerships with cultural organisations across Asia and Europe to enrich our programmes with authentic cultural experiences.

Our team collectively speaks 14 languages and brings experience from educational institutions in Tokyo, Seoul, Beijing, London, Paris and Madrid. This global perspective enriches every lesson with authentic pronunciation, current idiomatic usage and nuanced cultural insight.
